  • Who can use AppsCo One People?

    All businesses in need of a free HR tool can sign up. There are no limits on time or number of users.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card information?

    No need to enter your credit card information if you are using AppsCo One People or AppsCo One Personal. You enter your billing information only if you choose to upgrade to a paid package.

  • How do I buy Handbooks?

    Handbooks are available in our paid solutions only. Once you select Handbooks, you will be able to choose between monthly and annual pricing. If you need an issued invoice or need additional help with this feature, we will be happy to get you in touch with our content partner, Azets.

  • Can I change plans at any time?

    You bet! Upgrade or downgrade any time logging into your account.

  • Are there any cancellation fees?

    AppsCo One is a monthly or annual subscription service. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. When you cancel, we’ll automatically close your account and permanently delete all of your data. However, you will not be credited for the remaining period of your initial subscription.   • What types of payment do you accept?

    AppsCo uses Stripe Payment to handle our online payments. We currently accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.

  • How secure is AppsCo One?

    AppsCo One uses SSL 2048-bit encryption on all its pages. This is the same type and level security as online banks.

  • Am I eligible for any discounts?

    We offer a 15% discount if you choose annual billing for any of our plans, excluding Handbooks.

  • Do I need to download anything?

    To get the best experience with AppsCo One, you need to download our mobile app for Android and IOS. The web-based version of the platform is accessible through your internet browser.

  • Where is the service hosted and where do you store my data?

    We keep your data with our partner, located in Germany.

  • What is the support we provide?

    AppsCo One support is available from 9:00am to 16:00pm CET, Monday to Friday. Support can be reached by phone as well as by email. For our free packages we offer limited support only.
