Legal & data protection

Summaries of the terms you are agreeing to, with links to the full documents. Written to be read before signing, not after.

Privacy & cookies

What we collect, and what we never do with it

AppsCo processes personal data on behalf of your company: employee records, working hours, task completions and — where you switch it on — location data tied to customer sites. Your company is the data controller; we are the processor, under a data processing agreement.

Data is hosted in the EU. Location data is bounded by the privacy settings you configure: which roles can see it, within which hours, and for how long it is retained. Employees see the same log their manager sees. We do not sell data, and we do not use customer data to train models.

The website uses essential cookies to function, and analytics cookies only with consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
